Packaging Specialist

Location: Multiple locations, including workspaces in Vilnius, Klaipėda, and Riga. The Vilnius office follows a 4 days onsite, 1 day remote hybrid model; arrangements outside Vilnius depend on the specific position.

Salary: Gross €2,400–€3,000 per month.

What you will do

• Prepare technical designs and print-ready artwork for product labels, consumer-facing boxes, and other packaging materials.
• Work with packaging dielines and technical specifications to make designs production-ready.
• Review artwork, technical details, and final files for accuracy before production.
• Collaborate with suppliers on packaging, printing, finishing, and production solutions.
• Coordinate packaging orders and track production and delivery timelines.
• Support packaging development and adaptation across food supplements and other product categories.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
• Experience preparing packaging artwork for print using technical dielines.
• Understanding of digital and offset printing processes.
• Knowledge of prepress requirements, including bleeds, overprint, printing plates, and separate technical layers.
• Knowledge of packaging finishing techniques, including UV and spot UV coating, varnishing, lamination, embossing, debossing, and foil stamping.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, supplier communication, and written and verbal English skills.
