What you will do

• Build targeted media lists using Cision and MuckRack and develop relationships with national, regional, podcast, radio, social media, and influencer outlets.
• Develop story angles and media pitches, conduct proactive outreach, and secure client coverage.
• Monitor client, competitor, trend, and cultural activity to identify outreach opportunities.
• Support account management through scheduling, agendas, recaps, file organization, trackers, databases, and meeting logistics.
• Coordinate brand samples, inventory, deliveries, events, activations, mailers, and influencer initiatives.
• Prepare accurate weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual coverage and program recap reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations or a related field.
• At least one year of full-time agency experience, ideally in technology or corporate PR.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging for different platforms and audiences.
• Excellent organization, multitasking, prioritization, and deadline-management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, creative, curious, flexible, and collaborative working style with the ability to work independently.
• Passion for media, current news, social trends, and the evolving digital and influencer landscape.
