Project Coordinator - Customer Solutions Desoutter

Location: Czech Republic; hybrid work. Occasional travel, including to Germany, and on-site visits for project reviews, technical clarifications, and commissioning are required.

What you will do

• Own customer solution projects from quotation and pre-calculation through final delivery and handover.
• Create and manage project plans, milestones, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate internal teams, external suppliers, sourcing activities, and vendor offer evaluations.
• Review technical specifications after order intake and ensure alignment with the agreed scope.
• Serve as the main customer contact, manage expectations, and resolve project issues.
• Maintain complete project documentation and participate in on-site reviews, technical clarifications, and commissioning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, business administration, project management, or an equivalent technical field.
• Approximately 2+ years of experience in project management or a technical/manufacturing environment.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive, hands-on approach with confidence working with customers, sales, engineers, and suppliers.
• Interest in technical topics and the ability to understand customer requirements.
• Fluent English, a driving license, and willingness to travel occasionally are required.
