Project Manager / Coordinator (Pharma)

What you will do

• Coordinate multiple projects, timelines, activities, and deliverables.
• Track project progress, actions, risks, dependencies, and issue resolution.
• Organize meetings and maintain project documentation.
• Support project planning, reporting, and stakeholder communications.
• Collaborate with global and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Use project management and collaboration tools to manage activities and deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related field.
• Experience managing or coordinating multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Jira, SharePoint, Teams, Excel, or similar tools.
• Strong organizational, written, verbal communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively with global and cross-functional teams.
• Fluent English required.

Nice to have

• Experience in pharmaceutical, clinical research, or healthcare environments.
• Familiarity with Veeva Vault or similar industry platforms.
• PMP or CAPM certification.
