What you will do
- Support payroll calculations, wage types, and payroll schema logic in SAP HCM.
- Work with the SAP HCM PA/OM and PY modules.
- Read and interpret SAP HCM payroll schemas and rules.
- Provide guidance and on-the-job training to junior team members.
- Share SAP HCM functional knowledge with clients and colleagues.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with SAP HCM Payroll.
- Experience with SAP HCM and the PA/OM and PY modules.
- Strong understanding of payroll calculations, wage types, and payroll schema logic.
- Programming knowledge supporting the interpretation of SAP HCM payroll schemas and rules is recommended.
- Fluent English at C1 level.
- Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid Portuguese work permit.
