What you will do

• Define LeapSpace’s search, answer-engine, and generative-AI visibility strategy and roadmap.
• Use hirify.global’s domain authority and existing assets to accelerate organic visibility and qualified traffic.
• Manage the day-to-day relationship with a specialist search and AI-visibility agency.
• Establish technical content structures, structured data, content taxonomy, and information architecture that support discovery and citation.
• Coordinate delivery across content, product, marketing, and other internal teams, removing blockers and measuring results.
• Monitor changes in discovery and AI search and translate emerging trends into practical plans.

Requirements

• Track record of building organic search visibility, ideally for a new product or domain.
• Strong command of technical and content SEO, including site architecture, structured data, crawlability, content optimisation, and link strategy.
• Demonstrable understanding of AEO and GEO.
• Experience managing external agencies or partners.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder-management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience working in a large, matrixed organisation across consumer, institutional, or government market segments.
