OTC Finance Manager - EMEA Claims

Location: Hybrid role with 3 days on site in Cork, Ireland

What you will do

• Manage EMEA marketing and pricing claims and deductions in line with established policies and procedures.
• Oversee team activities, delegate responsibilities, manage KPIs, and support staff development and recruitment needs.
• Perform account analysis, reconciliations, reporting, and month- and quarter-end finance processes.
• Partner with customers, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Central Finance, and other stakeholders to improve service delivery.
• Represent the Claims team in management meetings and act as the primary contact for internal and external audits, reviews, and escalations.
• Identify process improvements, support system and reporting optimization, and provide backup for complex transactions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting.
• Strong understanding of accrual accounting and experience researching claims and managing detailed financial information.
• Excellent analytical, communication, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and Oracle.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively across teams.
• Experience in people management is desirable.
