Salary: $193,930–$291,150 per year, plus annual performance bonus, equity, and benefits.

hirify.global develops Level 4 autonomous driving technology and a universal autonomy platform for robotaxis, logistics fleets, and personal vehicles.

What you will do

  • Design and implement robotics and machine learning technologies for the hirify.global Driver.
  • Develop planning systems for autonomous driving across streets, highways, parking lots, parking maneuvers, and multi-point turns.
  • Collaborate with behavior, perception, mapping, and machine learning research engineers.
  • Build production-ready software for deployment on real vehicle platforms.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior behavior team members.

Requirements

  • PhD or master’s degree in robotics, computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field.
  • Expertise in path planning, motion planning, trajectory generation, behavior planning, or optimal control.
  • Experience with machine learning techniques including deep learning, reinforcement learning, imitation learning, transformers, or diffusion models.
  • Strong Python and C++ software development skills.
  • Experience optimizing model performance through efficient processing, visualization, and analysis of large datasets.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and bring research algorithms into production.

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience with safety-critical systems, distributed training, or inference optimization.
