Technical Facility Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: Veldhoven, Netherlands; on-site five days per week

Salary: €90,500–€102,000 gross annual fixed salary, including vacation allowance and a 13th-month payment; company profit sharing is excluded.

What you will do

• Own the technical and functional performance of a building cluster, securing facility availability, reliability, and business continuity.
• Manage preventive, predictive, corrective, and compliance maintenance delivered by external suppliers.
• Translate customer demand into annual service plans, forecasts, service changes, and operational requirements.
• Coordinate suppliers, customers, internal stakeholders, and technical specialists on service requests, escalations, deviations, and recovery actions.
• Lead responses to operational disturbances, including high-priority issue resolution, incident investigations, risk assessments, and root cause analysis.
• Issue work permits, approve area access, address safety issues, and provide maintenance input to engineering, design, and project changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Asset Management, or a related field.
• At least five years of relevant experience in a comparable role within a complex industrial environment.
• Experience managing external suppliers and contractors and delivering measurable results with accountability for outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management, decision-making, problem-solving, troubleshooting, leadership, and communication skills.
• Fluent Dutch and English, written and spoken, are required.
• Willingness and ability to work on-site five days per week.
