Senior Expert Business Processes & AI Transformation (AI)

Location: Hybrid working with extensive hybrid working possibilities; Austrian employment conditions apply.

Salary: Minimum EUR 3,725.93 gross per month under the applicable Austrian Banking Collective Agreement; actual salary is determined individually.

What you will do

• Design, analyze, optimize, and govern end-to-end customer processes and customer journeys.
• Drive hands-on AI transformation focused on simplification, automation, productivity, quality, speed, and customer experience.
• Coordinate cross-functional process and project initiatives with Product Management, IT, Operations, Compliance, agile teams, and banking experts.
• Support development of a new customer management system by translating process, customer, and business requirements into solution designs.
• Create AI-supported process designs, user stories, and measurable outcomes from customer, business, and expert input.
• Manage delivery dependencies, process KPIs, service levels, operational data, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in customer process management, business analysis, process or project management, digital banking, payments, credit cards, or banking operations.
• Strong expertise in end-to-end customer processes, customer journeys, process governance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
• Experience with requirements engineering, user stories, specifications, agile or hybrid delivery, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong AI skills and hands-on experience with Anthropic, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, or comparable generative AI tools.
• Knowledge of banking operations, customer needs, operational risk, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Fluent English, with strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and structuring skills.

Nice to have

• German language skills for collaboration with the Austrian Raiffeisen sector.
