Senior Infrastructure Engineer (GPU Infrastructure)

Location: On-site at offices in San Francisco or Westwood, Los Angeles

Salary: $180K–$300K base salary, plus equity and bonus

What you will do

• Improve the backend systems powering the compute marketplace.
• Integrate GPU provider onboarding, usage tracking, billing, and orchestration APIs.
• Develop scalable infrastructure for workload scheduling and resource management.
• Optimize pricing and marketplace logic for efficiency and transparency.
• Benchmark, profile, and harden systems for performance, reliability, and fault tolerance.
• Collaborate with product and infrastructure teams on decentralized compute systems.

Requirements

• Experience building large-scale infrastructure platforms, high-throughput backend systems, compute clouds, or distributed compute orchestration frameworks.
• Strong programming skills in Python and C++, with the ability to write performant and maintainable code.
• Experience with GPU provisioning, driver management, workload scheduling, and compute orchestration.
• Experience implementing usage-based billing, metering, or account credit systems.
• Experience designing secure, multi-tenant cloud systems and large-scale PostgreSQL schemas and queries.
• Working knowledge of Linux, Docker, KVM, Redis, Terraform, AWS, and REST/gRPC APIs.

Nice to have

• Experience with GPU security, virtualization, or zero-trust compute isolation.
• Prior startup experience or end-to-end product ownership.
