Lead Fullstack Engineer

Location: Ha Noi, Vietnam; hybrid schedule with two remote days on Tuesday and Wednesday

What you will do

• Lead technical execution by translating product requirements into engineering plans, technical designs, and implementation strategies.
• Guide development of scalable APIs, microservices, backend systems, and modern single-page applications.
• Coordinate sprint planning, estimation, prioritization, delivery tracking, risk management, and Agile process improvement.
• Align engineering work with Product Owners, Designers, QA, DevOps, Games, Loyalty, Data, and other stakeholders.
• Promote AI-assisted development, documentation automation, code quality, testing, observability, security, and performance optimization.
• Mentor engineers, support career growth, maintain technical documentation, and foster a collaborative team culture.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 1 year leading or mentoring engineering teams.
• Fluent English communication skills, written and verbal.
• Strong proficiency in .NET Core, including scalable APIs, microservices, and backend systems.
• Experience with SPA development using Vue, React, or Angular, plus the Node ecosystem, build tooling, and frontend infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture, system design, scalability, technical debt management, and operational excellence.
• Experience delivering complex software projects in Agile environments and building high-traffic consumer applications.

Nice to have

• Experience in gaming, loyalty, rewards, or consumer-facing platforms.
• Experience managing distributed or international engineering teams.
• Familiarity with APIs, SDKs, cloud infrastructure, and platform integration challenges.
• Experience implementing AI-assisted development workflows and productivity tooling.
