Senior Software Engineer, Fullstack (Golang/React): Building and operating full-stack support systems, workflows, APIs, and microservices for consumers, drivers, merchants, and support agents with an accent on scalable architecture, frontend accessibility, observability, and AI-assisted development. Focus on leading technical designs, solving production reliability challenges, improving testing across multiple layers, and handling incident response and root-cause prevention.

What you will do
- Build and maintain full-stack features using Ruby on Rails, Golang, React, and internal tools.
- Lead technical delivery for support journeys, workflows, APIs, and internal platforms.
- Design and operate scalable, reliable, and observable microservices for critical operations.
- Develop clean and accessible frontend experiences for users, agents, and support teams.
- Manage production readiness, monitoring dashboards, runbooks, releases, and incident follow-ups.
- Review designs and code, mentor engineers, and improve engineering standards.
Requirements
- 4+ years of full-stack development experience.
- Production experience with frontend applications, Golang backend services, APIs, and microservices.
- Knowledge of distributed systems, service and API design, data modelling, and reliability trade-offs.
- Ability to lead technical design and deliver projects from requirements through production rollout.
- Experience with maintainable code and unit, integration, UAT, and end-to-end testing.
- Strong debugging skills across frontend, backend, logs, metrics, and production systems; experience mentoring engineers and conducting code reviews.
Nice to have
- Experience with Temporal or other workflow orchestration systems.
- Experience building AI-powered user experiences, support automation, agent-assist tools, chatbot flows, or intelligent self-service products.
- Experience with ticketing systems, Help Centre, CRM, or customer support platforms.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Maven, or GitLab.
- Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
