LCV EUCOM Poland: Project Controls Manager (Government Contracting)

hirify.global provides logistics and mission support services to deployed forces through the Logistics Civil Augmentation Program contract.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain project cost forecasts and control costs against budgets.
• Analyze project variances, expenditure trends, labor productivity, material prices, subcontractor rates, wage rates, and project risks.
• Prepare and present expenditure, completion, and performance reports to stakeholders.
• Lead managers and professional staff across multiple project controls disciplines.
• Support project controls strategy and oversee processes for estimating, risk control, cost control, and scheduling.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify issues, develop solutions, and improve project outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 6 years of directly related experience; an additional 4 years of experience may substitute for the degree.
• Experience developing forecasts and projecting costs for U.S. Government contractors.
• Experience calculating labor and material costs, analyzing data, and making data-driven decisions.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, accuracy, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Leadership experience, including mentoring and developing team members.
• Valid passport with at least 12 months of validity and 6 blank pages; candidates must meet Poland’s visa and work permit requirements.

Nice to have

• 10+ years of experience in project controls.
• Experience with global estimating, project risk control, cost control, and scheduling processes.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
