Engineering Manager (Grocery)

Location: Hybrid in Limassol, Cyprus

Salary: From €90,700 gross annually

What you will do

• Lead and grow the Grocery engineering team, supporting onboarding and career development.
• Plan projects, allocate resources, and ensure high-quality, timely software delivery.
• Align engineering execution with business goals through stakeholder collaboration.
• Improve engineering processes, tools, and technologies together with the team.
• Build an internal developer community and participate in external conferences.
• Oversee effective use of Golang, Python, MySQL, and Kubernetes.

Requirements

• Experience in engineering management with a strong software development background.
• Understanding of high-volume projects, server and client architecture, and development constraints.
• Strong leadership, communication, and technical explanation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver them on time and to a high standard.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience with Grocery, Marketplace, or other e-commerce products and their business and technical challenges.
