Senior Specialist - Product (UAEN only)

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates; UAE nationals only

Salary: AED 19,000–29,000 per month, plus eligibility for variable pay plans

What you will do

• Support the development and rollout of banking products for different customer segments and needs.
• Initiate cross-sell programmes and deepen existing customer relationships.
• Monitor product performance, including acquisitions, attrition, customer deepening, product mix, and marketing effectiveness.
• Assist IT with system enhancements and process changes related to products.
• Contribute to budget preparation and monitor financial performance against targets.
• Supervise team activities, implement policies and procedures, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• UAE national status is required.
• At least 5 years of banking experience in product management within a bank.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a relevant field.
• Microsoft Office skills.
• Planning, analytical, and time management skills.
• Written and verbal English communication skills.
