Software Project Manager (BA/SA)

Location: Remote, United States; availability for communication and meetings Monday–Friday until 2 PM Pacific Time

Salary: $1,500–$2,000 per month net

What you will do

• Manage software features from the initial user request through release.
• Define project scope and objectives, describe user stories and use cases, and prepare roadmaps.
• Plan, assess, decompose, track, and adjust the product backlog.
• Maintain relationships with client stakeholders and provide daily updates on project status and changes.
• Prepare release notes and project documentation, and collect feedback after releases.
• Analyze existing systems and processes, identify improvement areas, and adjust project plans as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Project Management, Business/System Analysis, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Software Development Project Manager, Business Analyst, or System Analyst.
• Experience delivering projects within defined scope and timelines and managing the full project lifecycle.
• Ability to quickly understand new subject areas, design user stories, and write release notes.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, problem-solving, and resourcefulness skills.
• Fluent English is required for verbal and written communication with users and project documentation.
