Project Controller (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Support the planning, execution, follow-up, and reporting of aerospace project activities across schedules, risks, and costs.
• Prepare and maintain project Cost at Completion plans, including financial and workload resource forecasts.
• Monitor budgets, financial commitments, resource targets, deviations, recovery actions, and budget transfers.
• Support tender actions, contract change notices, proposal evaluations, procurement workplans, and contract implementation plans.
• Track procurement and contract progress, payment milestones, invoicing, and financial commitment consumption.
• Support invoice and payment verification, fixed asset and project inventory activities, export control, and industrial return compliance checks.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a relevant discipline with relevant professional experience.
• Experience controlling or managing activities and resources in the aerospace industry.
• Knowledge of finance, accounting, and IPSAS is advantageous.
• Ability to interact with ESA corporate stakeholders, project teams, industrial partners, and international partners.
• Proficient written and spoken English is required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of another European Union language.
