Licensing Coordinator, LATAM (Bilingual - English/Spanish)

Location: Mexico City, Mexico; hybrid work environment

What you will do

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing licensees across product categories.
• Manage contract negotiations and support the growth of the regional licensing program.
• Partner with the Consumer Product Approval and Retail Marketing teams on product development, range planning, and creative assets.
• Develop and execute licensing plans, trade marketing programs, promotional events, and brand partnerships across LATAM.
• Manage retail budgets, support financial planning, and contribute to revenue and profit targets.
• Serve as a key contact for retail partners and oversee campaign delivery, account management, and implementation with London- and Seattle-based teams.

Requirements

• Three to four years of relevant professional experience or equivalent expertise.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent applicable experience.
• Near-native English and Latin American Spanish communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strategic and creative thinking, strong negotiation, deal-structuring, analytical, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Experience with revenue and profit modeling, sound business judgment, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
