Salary: $142,800–$193,200 annually in Austin, Arlington, or Seattle; $172,400–$223,400 annually in New York

What you will do

• Build and iterate on predictive lead-scoring models for customer acquisition, conversion, and retention.
• Develop ML pipeline components for data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and inference integration.
• Apply multimodal modeling to text, graph, behavioral, and temporal data at account and lead levels.
• Conduct A/B testing, causal inference, counterfactual analysis, and offline and online model evaluation.
• Partner with MLOps engineers on deployment, monitoring, and retraining using AWS SageMaker, MLflow, and internal tools.
• Contribute to science reviews, technical publications, and patent filings.

Requirements

• PhD, or a master's degree plus 2+ years of experience in computer science, computer engineering, machine learning, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience building models for business applications.
• Experience with patents or publications at top-tier peer-reviewed conferences or journals.
• Programming experience in Java, C++, Python, or a related language.
• Experience with algorithms and data structures, numerical optimization, data mining, parallel and distributed computing, or high-performance computing.
