Design Manager - Visual Content

Location: Full-time onsite at the UK Headquarters in Nottingham

What you will do

• Lead and manage the illustration, photography, and Eavy Metal teams.
• Set team direction, goals, quality standards, and priorities for visual content production.
• Provide individual and peer review feedback to develop a high-performing team.
• Collaborate with Product Developers and Planners to build project schedules.
• Work with cross-functional internal teams to make decisions and deliver visual content on time.
• Safeguard the visual quality of art, photography, and painted miniatures across product lines.

Requirements

• Strong background in managing the creation of visual content.
• Understanding of the visual presentation of Warhammer through art, photography, and painted miniatures.
• Highly organised approach and passion for developing high-performing teams.
• Confident communication skills, with the ability to explain ideas and decisions to varied audiences.
• Ability to work full time onsite at the UK Headquarters in Nottingham.
