What you will do
- Build and maintain marketing website experiences, including high-converting landing pages and funnels.
- Develop and optimize user-facing web applications with modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Improve web performance, SEO, accessibility, Core Web Vitals, and conversion rates.
- Plan and deliver projects from technical scoping and estimation through implementation.
- Conduct code reviews, maintain the website, and collaborate with Content, Brand, Marketing, Design, Product, Sales, and Engineering.
- Measure website and SEO performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, browser tooling, and real-world metrics.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional web development experience.
- Extensive experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as Next.js, including routing, data fetching, rendering strategies, state management, and performance optimization.
- Strong proficiency with modern CSS and utility-first frameworks such as Tailwind CSS.
- Experience with headless CMS integrations, modern Webpack build tooling, and troubleshooting build pipelines.
- Experience with Git, collaborative workflows, project planning, estimation, and code reviews.
- Ability to connect technical decisions and marketing metrics to customer acquisition outcomes, including MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline impact.
Nice to have
- B2B SaaS experience.
- Familiarity with Sanity and GROQ.
