Finance Manager (AdTech)

What you will do

• Lead the monthly accounting close and financial reporting for the Mexico legal entity under US GAAP.
• Own balance sheet, intercompany, and account reconciliations, variance analysis, reporting packages, and executive summaries.
• Coordinate external accountants, tax advisors, auditors, statutory reporting, regulatory filings, and audit support.
• Manage internal controls and partner with Treasury, Human Resources, regional Finance, Accounting, and Commercial teams.
• Lead NetSuite transformation initiatives and drive process standardization, automation, and finance best practices.
• Manage, coach, and develop three accounting team members while coordinating external accounting partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 6+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience in Mexico, including month-end close, corporate reporting, financial analysis, internal controls, and audit coordination.
• Experience managing and developing accounting professionals and working in multinational organizations reporting under US GAAP.
• Strong knowledge of Mexican accounting principles, internal controls, and the complete financial close process.
• Spanish and English bilingual proficiency required, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to use AI and automation to improve finance processes, reporting, efficiency, and decision-making.

Nice to have

• CPA or equivalent professional accounting designation.
• NetSuite ERP experience.
• FloQast or similar financial close management software experience.
• Big Four accounting firm experience.
