Senior Technical Recruiter, Hardware (Autonomous Vehicles)

Location: Foster City, California, United States; hybrid workplace

Salary: $142,000–$193,000 per year base salary, plus potential RSUs, Zoox Stock Appreciation Rights, and sign-on bonus.

What you will do

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process for critical hardware positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and represent the employer brand.
• Source candidates, screen resumes, and assess technical and behavioral fit.
• Coordinate interviews and hiring decisions with interview panels, managers, leadership, and HR.
• Manage offer processes and advocate for candidates through closing.

Requirements

• 8+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in a competitive industry.
• Ability to evaluate technical aptitude and assess technical and behavioral fit.
• Strong technology and industry knowledge, including relevant skills and companies.
• Consultative, interpersonal, and communication skills across organizational levels.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn sourcing and alternative sourcing techniques.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Foster City, California.

Nice to have

• Interest in autonomous and electric vehicle industries.
• Experience using Lever ATS for metrics, sourcing strategies, and talent pipelines.
• Recruiting agency experience.
• Experience managing complex technical roles.
