Covering Agent (Influencer)

Salary: $60,000–$75,000 annually

What you will do

• Discover and sign major social media influencers seeking business management and representation.
• Represent influencers and manage their business interests, careers, and brand relationships.
• Develop and pursue brand partnerships for individual talent and the agency.
• Monitor influencer marketing trends and identify new opportunities across TV, film, apps, and creator collaborations.
• Present and support the execution of growth strategies for influencers.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in social media influencer or celebrity talent management and/or representation.
• At least one year of professional experience managing brand partnerships and talent, preferably at an agency.
• Existing deep network of social media influencers and talent.
• University degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong organization, creativity, positivity, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
