Full-stack Engineer (React + Python)

hirify.global is a defence technology company developing cognitive defence and strategic intelligence platforms for governments and defence organisations.

What you will do

• Build features across backend, frontend, and infrastructure for products covering message delivery, audience simulation, analytics, and data collection.
• Develop and ship LLM capabilities including retrieval, agents, tool calling, and structured outputs.
• Create evaluation sets to measure whether product changes improve results.
• Use coding agents such as Claude Code and Codex while remaining accountable for merged code.
• Add safeguards against prompt injection, unsafe tool use, and data leakage.
• Operate production systems by monitoring latency, request costs, tracing, alerting, and deployability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on full-stack development experience.
• Strong experience with ReactJS, TypeScript, FastAPI or Flask, and Python.
• Knowledge of object-oriented programming, design patterns, RESTful APIs, database design, and cloud infrastructure; GCP is preferred.
• Experience with DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, and CI/CD.
• Experience building evaluation sets and measuring the impact of changes.
• English at B2+ level is required.

• Production experience with LLM features such as retrieval, agents, tool calling, structured outputs, and guardrails.
