Full-stack Engineer (React + Python)

What you will do

• Build and ship features across backend services, React interfaces, infrastructure, and data pipelines.
• Develop LLM capabilities including retrieval, agents, tool calling, and structured outputs.
• Create evaluation sets and metrics to measure whether product changes improve results.
• Implement guardrails against prompt injection, unsafe tool use, and data leakage.
• Operate services by monitoring latency, request costs, tracing, and alerting.
• Maintain secure GCP infrastructure and ensure services remain deployable on-premise.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on full-stack development experience.
• Strong React and TypeScript experience together with Python and FastAPI or Flask.
• Knowledge of object-oriented programming, design patterns, RESTful APIs, database design, and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with DevOps practices, Docker, Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, and CI/CD.
• Daily use of coding agents such as Claude Code or Codex, plus the ability to learn unfamiliar codebases and domains quickly.
• English at B2+ level.

• Production experience shipping LLM features such as retrieval, agents, tool calling, structured outputs, and guardrails.
