Senior Fullstack Engineer - Core Branding Team (Scala/React)

Location: Montpellier, France; hybrid work with 2–3 remote days per week

What you will do

• Design, build, and ship features across high-scale backend systems, primarily written in Scala.
• Develop and maintain campaign platforms for branding products across mobile, desktop, and Connected TV.
• Contribute to Node and React applications as part of fullstack initiatives.
• Improve software quality through testing, clean architecture, and engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with product, UI/UX, and international engineering teams in France and Israel.
• Mentor junior engineers and help modernize systems supporting significant company revenue.

Requirements

• Strong experience as a backend engineer in JVM languages such as Java, Kotlin, or Scala.
• Track record of designing, shipping, and maintaining features in complex production environments.
• Ability to write high-quality, well-tested code and continuously improve systems.
• Excellent written and spoken English required.
• Collaborative communication style, growth mindset, and willingness to learn Scala if needed.

Nice to have

• Experience in the AdTech industry.
• Frontend development experience, especially with React.
