Senior Software Engineer (Legal Tech)

Location: Hybrid in Kraków, Poland

Salary: 208,000–312,000 PLN per year, plus annual performance bonus and long-term incentives.

What you will do

• Design architecture and non-functional requirements for Import/Export services meeting SLO and SLA targets.
• Break down complex problems into resilient cloud-native solutions and deliver measurable milestones.
• Own production systems, lead on-call activities, conduct root cause analyses, and reduce MTTR and incident volume.
• Use observability data to prioritize engineering work, automate alerts, and provide trustworthy metrics.
• Partner with Product on roadmap decisions, trade-offs, and requirements.
• Improve CI/CD automation, deployment predictability, and compliance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience delivering C#/.NET services or similar technologies with measurable reliability or performance improvements.
• Experience architecting distributed SaaS systems and translating business requirements into resilient technical designs.
• Production ownership experience, including on-call leadership, root cause analysis, and telemetry-based improvements.
• Experience building and operating cloud-native solutions on a major cloud platform.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD automation, automated testing, and deployment governance.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience; fluent English and strong technical communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience leading microservice initiatives for high-volume, event-driven workloads.
• Experience scaling ingestion platforms, data pipelines, or ETL workflows.
• Azure experience, engineering mentorship, and agile planning or cross-team collaboration experience.
