What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including customer MSAs, DPAs, and hardware supply contracts with NVIDIA and ODMs.
• Own compliance across the EU AI Act, GDPR, NIS2, and applicable French law, including defense and critical infrastructure regulations.
• Manage external counsel across France, Europe, and the US, coordinating cross-border transactions and M&A.
• Advise the executive team on corporate structuring, equity, and governance during fundraising and international expansion.
• Build internal legal processes and templates to enable commercial and ops teams to move quickly.

Requirements

• French-qualified lawyer (or equivalent European bar).
• 6+ years PQE with substantive work in technology, infrastructure, or project finance.
• Direct experience negotiating complex B2B technology or infrastructure contracts (SaaS, IaaS, or data center contracting).
• Working knowledge of GDPR and emerging AI regulation.
• Fluent in French and English.
