Location: Košice, Slovakia; remote working is available only within Slovakia due to European taxation regulations.

Base salary from €3,800 gross per month, depending on seniority and experience, plus a variable component and other financial benefits. A €5,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

What you will do

• Advise enterprise customers on GPU infrastructure, AI platform usage, and efficient operation of GPU clusters.
• Lead customer onboarding, training, mentoring, and early-stage adoption of the AI platform.
• Design and implement proofs of concept, including environments, data-processing pipelines, and deployment workflows.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and tailored solution architectures.
• Support LLM deployment, GPU performance optimization, troubleshooting, fine-tuning, monitoring, observability, and capacity planning.
• Coordinate infrastructure, networking, automation, security, and AI service teams while developing reliable, scalable, and secure automation concepts.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience designing and delivering IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS systems.
• Experience with GPU-based infrastructure and container platforms, especially Kubernetes.
• Expert knowledge of Python or Bash scripting and automation tools such as Ansible, SaltStack, Terraform, and Helm.
• Expert knowledge of CI/CD, Git-based automation, repository management, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI/CD.
• Strong Linux experience and familiarity with Grafana and Prometheus.
• English at B2 level is required; German is an advantage. Basic project management and leadership skills are expected.
