Systems Analyst (Fintech): Designing and owning a master tariff system and Cashback and Tariffs Service for a banking and lending platform with an accent on systems analysis, API contracts, and cross-team integrations. Focus on modeling subscription and customer tariff entities, migrating existing tariff logic, and coordinating end-to-end delivery across credit card, deposit, and premium banking products.
Location: Remote from Kazakhstan, Armenia, Cyprus, or Uzbekistan. Core collaboration hours are 12:00–19:00 Manila time (UTC+8). Relocation support to Manila is available, including flights, accommodation, visas, paperwork, and logistics.

What you will do
- Design the technical architecture for a master tariff system that unifies tariff, cashback, and premium banking logic.
- Own the Cashback and Tariffs Service stream from discovery through release.
- Define functional and non-functional requirements, API contracts, and integration specifications.
- Design core entities, including subscription models and the relationship between tariffs and customers.
- Coordinate dependencies with credit card, deposit, premium banking, development, QA, and team lead stakeholders.
- Maintain Confluence documentation, uphold DOR/DOD standards, and communicate risks and delivery status.
Requirements
- Experience as a systems or business analyst in fintech or banking product teams.
- Strong systems thinking and the ability to design solutions independently in ambiguous environments.
- Experience designing API contracts and integration specifications.
- Working experience with Agile/Scrum, Jira, and Confluence.
- Ability to own technical problems end-to-end with limited direction.
- Availability for UTC+8 core collaboration hours and residence in Kazakhstan, Armenia, Cyprus, or Uzbekistan.
