IT Manager (Okta)

Location: Tel Aviv, Israel

Mobile game company providing entertainment to millions of users across multiple applications.

What you will do

• Administer Okta, including SSO, MFA, user lifecycle management, access policies, groups, and application integrations.
• Manage Google Workspace, Slack, SaaS applications, IT assets, licenses, vendors, renewals, and cost optimization.
• Manage macOS and Windows endpoints through MDM, including enrollment, configuration, patching, software deployment, and compliance.
• Own employee onboarding and offboarding, access provisioning, equipment delivery, and day-to-day IT support.
• Build AI-enabled automations and integrations using APIs, scripts, or workflow platforms.
• Lead helpdesk operations, network infrastructure, A/V systems, documentation, service metrics, and collaboration with Security, People, and Finance.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in IT operations, system administration, or a similar role.
• 2+ years of management or leadership experience with 1–2 direct reports.
• Hands-on administration of Okta, Google Workspace, Jamf, and Slack.
• Strong macOS administration skills and working knowledge of Windows environments.
• Experience with AWS or GCP, identity and access management, SaaS administration, endpoint security, and IT service management.
• Experience with AI automation, APIs, scripting, or low-code workflow platforms, plus strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

• Experience supporting a growing technology company.
• Experience with ISO 27001, SOC 2, or similar security frameworks.
• Experience with n8n or similar workflow automation tools.
