Infrastructure Engineer (AI)

Location: Herzliya, Israel; hybrid working with in-person collaboration in the office and remote work. The role supports infrastructure and IT operations for the Tel Aviv office.

hirify.global is building an AI platform for autonomous driving that enables vehicles to learn from real-world experience and adapt across complex urban environments.

What you will do

• Design, deploy and maintain wired and wireless networks, VLANs, VPNs, routing and firewall policies.
• Build secure, high-bandwidth and resilient infrastructure for AI development and autonomous vehicle testing.
• Automate infrastructure operations and improve repeatability using Terraform, Ansible, Python and Bash.
• Support hybrid connectivity between on-premises infrastructure and cloud environments.
• Improve monitoring, documentation and incident response across global sites.
• Establish scalable infrastructure standards and provide hands-on support for the Herzliya office.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure, networking, DevOps or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, routing, switching, VPNs and firewalls.
• Hands-on Linux systems administration and experience with Juniper, Cisco or MikroTik platforms.
• Infrastructure automation experience with Bash or Python, Terraform and Ansible.
• Experience with hybrid on-premises and cloud environments; Azure experience is beneficial.
• Knowledge of infrastructure security, including network segmentation, endpoint controls, certificate management and secure access.
