Club Administrator (Gaming)

Location: Limassol, Cyprus; on-site. Eligible to work in Cyprus, with occasional evenings and weekends required for events.

What you will do

• Supervise construction, fit-out, finishing works, technical acceptance, handover, and project documentation.
• Run daily Club operations, including access control, maintenance, cleaning, technical systems, bookings, and space readiness.
• Source and manage vendors, supplies, contracts, invoices, inventory, and operational spending.
• Liaise with landlords, building management, local authorities, and regulatory bodies.
• Secure permits, licences, inspections, and certificates while maintaining health, fire, accessibility, and event compliance.
• Coordinate event logistics and on-site delivery in collaboration with internal teams, organisers, and sponsors.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in administration, office management, facility management, or events management.
• Experience coordinating vendors, suppliers, or contractors and working with landlords, building management, or public authorities.
• Professional working proficiency in English and Greek is mandatory.
• Strong organisation, communication, problem-solving, budgeting, invoice tracking, and contractor-management skills.
• Working knowledge of Cypriot regulations and permitting requirements.
• Must be eligible to work in Cyprus and available for occasional evening and weekend events.

• Experience supervising construction, fit-out, or renovation projects.
• Familiarity with Cyprus gaming, technology, or startup communities.
• Background in hospitality, coworking, cultural venues, or member clubs.
• Russian language skills and experience in an international company.
