Supply Chain Data Analytics Specialist

What you will do

• Identify, quantify, and deliver cost-saving initiatives across warehousing, transportation, and distribution networks.
• Build and track savings pipelines to ensure initiatives are measurable and realized.
• Analyze large datasets to identify process inefficiencies, cost drivers, service bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
• Apply predictive modeling and scenario simulation to evaluate demand changes, growth opportunities, and new market entries.
• Support network design and reconfiguration, including warehouse location and inventory placement analysis.
• Define and track KPIs, then translate analytical findings into operational improvements with warehouse, distribution, 3PL, planning, and IT teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field, or relevant experience in supply chain analytics, logistics optimization, or operations improvement.
• Advanced Excel skills, including modeling.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business communication skills.
• Ability to translate data into actionable business improvements.
• Experience with Python, R, SQL, ERP, WMS, TMS, or SAP is beneficial; Lean or Six Sigma experience is preferred.
