Solution Consultant Level 3 (SAP SCM)

Location: Primarily based in the Netherlands, with working from abroad permitted for up to 8 weeks in the EU and Caribbean if the position allows it.

Salary: €0,000–€9,999 gross per month.

What you will do

• Analyse business processes and gather requirements from Engineering & Maintenance stakeholders.
• Design sustainable SAP solutions and advise on optimal system configuration.
• Configure SAP SCM modules and collaborate with developers on technical components.
• Guide implementations from blueprint and design through implementation, testing, UAT, and aftercare.
• Prepare documentation, demonstrations, and end-user training.
• Support stakeholders as a trusted advisor and participate in the on-call rotation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• At least 7 years of experience as an SAP Solution Consultant, including at least 5 years with SAP SCM.
• Experience with middleware, application integrations, integration technologies, and integration processes.
• Process-oriented approach with the ability to translate business needs into practical SAP solutions.
• Clear and confident communication in Dutch and English is required.
• Proactive, independent, collaborative working style and willingness to join the on-call rotation.
