Korean-Speaking Small Business AI Evaluator

Location: Remote — South Korea; minimum 4 hours of PST overlap required.

What you will do

• Create realistic prompts based on common small-business situations and goals.
• Interact with multiple AI chatbots and compare the quality of their responses.
• Review AI-generated written and visual business content, including spreadsheets, PDFs, images, and business documents.
• Evaluate customer communication, operational, marketing, research, and financial-planning scenarios.
• Provide structured feedback, scoring, evaluation reports, and conversation transcripts.
• Follow detailed evaluation guidelines and quality standards.

Requirements

• Fluent Korean communication skills.
• At least 2 years of experience as a business owner or in small-business operations.
• Strong understanding of day-to-day SMB workflows and customer interactions.
• Experience using AI tools such as chatbots or generative AI platforms.
• Ability to critically evaluate written and visual business content.
• Comfort working with spreadsheets, PDFs, and image-based inputs, plus strong analytical and structured thinking skills.
