Coding Specialist (AI): Training and evaluating large-scale language models (LLMs) in Arabic with an accent on algorithms, software architecture, and technical accuracy. Location: Remote (Egypt)
Salary: $8–$65 per hour

What you will do
- Interact with advanced language models to perform complex software engineering tasks and technical scenarios in Arabic.
- Verify the logical accuracy, coding fluency, and the naturalness of Arabic language usage in model outputs.
- Challenge models on topics such as asynchronous programming, RESTful API integration, memory management, and object-oriented design.
- Capture reproducible error traces and document failure modes to harden model reasoning.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.
Requirements
- Fluency in Arabic is mandatory.
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
- Proven real-world coding experience, technical writing in Arabic, or open-source contributions.
- Ability to communicate using a metacognitive approach, clearly showing the reasoning process.
- Must be based in Egypt.
