Coding Specialist (AI Trainer)

Location: Remote from Egypt

Salary: $8–$65 per hour, with the exact rate determined by experience, expertise, and geographic location.

What you will do

• Converse with language models about software engineering tasks and technical scenarios in Arabic.
• Evaluate logical accuracy, coding fluency, and the naturalness and correctness of Arabic responses.
• Test asynchronous programming, RESTful API integration, memory management, object-oriented design, secure coding, and distributed-systems debugging.
• Document reproducible error traces and model failure modes.
• Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

Requirements

• Fluent Arabic is required for technical conversations and language evaluation.
• Expertise in algorithms, data structures, software architecture, frontend and backend development, cloud infrastructure, or systems programming.
• A bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD in computer science, software engineering, or a closely related technical field is ideal.
• Clear metacognitive communication and the ability to show your work.
• Work must be performed remotely from Egypt.

Nice to have

• Real-world coding experience.
• Technical writing in Arabic.
• Open-source contributions.
