What you will do

• Own AWS infrastructure work for an AI-driven fintech product team.
• Bridge product engineering and CloudOps teams to ensure effective collaboration and alignment.
• Lead infrastructure improvements, refactoring, automation, and performance-tuning initiatives.
• Resolve infrastructure challenges autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Improve the reliability, scalability, and performance of cloud infrastructure.

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on DevOps engineering experience in senior-level roles.
• Strong AWS expertise and proven ownership of cloud infrastructure.
• Experience coordinating engineering and CloudOps or infrastructure teams.
• Strong infrastructure refactoring and performance-tuning experience.
• High autonomy, proactive decision-making, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in embedded or cross-functional product teams.
• Familiarity with AI-driven platforms or SaaS environments.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code and automation tooling.
