What you will do

• Partner with customers to understand business challenges and design fit-for-purpose technical solutions.
• Build and iterate custom AI solutions using agentic AI frameworks.
• Own end-to-end delivery from scoping through production deployment and adoption.
• Troubleshoot and optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Capture deployment learnings, document best practices, and contribute feedback and code to hirify.global’s AI platforms.
• Collaborate with product teams and continuously adapt to emerging technologies and customer requirements.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience with Python or another modern programming language such as C#, Node, or TypeScript.
• Strong understanding of software delivery, Git, GitHub, Pandas, Spark, and data engineering practices.
• Experience with cloud AI platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google AI and distributed computing architectures.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and communicate with diverse stakeholders, including executives.
• Degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Willingness to travel and work on customer premises when required.

Nice to have

• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, or open-source AI ecosystems.
• Experience designing or integrating multi-agent systems with LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, Agent Framework, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
• Practical knowledge of retrieval-augmented generation and structured or unstructured knowledge systems.
• Knowledge of performance optimization and security practices for scalable AI systems.
