What you will do

• Develop and deliver Reddit’s annual UK B2B marketing strategy, positioning and investment plan.
• Build integrated demand-generation programmes across events, digital campaigns, partnerships, content and account-based marketing.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing Operations to improve lead capture, nurturing, measurement and conversion.
• Turn UK advertising and media market insights into research, thought leadership, messaging and customer-facing content.
• Lead Reddit’s UK industry presence through events, executive engagement, vertical programmes and strategic partnerships.
• Measure programme impact on pipeline, customer engagement, revenue growth and product adoption while communicating results to leadership.

Requirements

• 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in technology, digital media, advertising or a related industry.
• Strong understanding of the UK advertising landscape, including brands, agencies and media platforms.
• Experience creating and delivering integrated regional or market marketing strategies tied to commercial goals.
• Commercial and data-driven approach, with the ability to connect marketing activity to pipeline, revenue and customer growth.
• Strong storytelling, collaboration and execution skills, including partnership with senior Sales leaders and cross-functional specialists.
• Fluent English required.
