Level Designer (Junior)

What you will do

• Design and develop fun, intuitive, balanced levels for puzzle mobile games.
• Create level concepts, layouts, difficulty progression, and gameplay flows based on design requirements.
• Collaborate with game designers, developers, and artists to implement and refine levels.
• Playtest levels and identify issues with difficulty, pacing, player experience, and engagement.
• Analyze player feedback and basic game metrics to improve existing levels.
• Research puzzle games and market trends while maintaining level documentation.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in level design, game design, or a related role.
• Strong interest in and understanding of puzzle and mobile games.
• Understanding of game mechanics, difficulty progression, player experience, and level flow.
• Strong logical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to evaluate levels from the player’s perspective.
• Willingness to experiment, receive feedback, and iterate quickly.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Nice to have

• English reading and communication skills.
• Experience with level design tools, Unity, or game development projects.
• A portfolio, personal game project, or sample level design.
