Case Studio develops and implements Case Platform-based systems for banks, corporations, and government agencies, including credit, risk management, debt collection, decision-making, CRM, document flow, and project management solutions.

What you will do

• Create clear and technically precise documentation for Case Platform.
• Maintain and continuously improve the existing documentation.
• Work with the product development team to understand platform functionality.
• Communicate with users and analyze the needs of both new and experienced users.
• Improve how users learn and adopt the product.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of technical writing experience.
• Excellent written English.
• Experience working with a large documentation base.
• Knowledge of markup languages and experience with authoring tools.
• Experience with issue-tracking and version-control systems.
• General understanding of single-source authoring, with strong editing, formatting, communication, and user-empathy skills.
