hirify.global is a fintech company providing a SaaS internal trading platform for brokers.

What you will do

• Author and maintain documentation for product modules, technical solutions, and guides.
• Standardize document structure and formatting while archiving outdated content to prevent technical debt.
• Collaborate with SMEs (engineers, analysts, PMs) to gather and verify technical information.
• Manage the wiki space structure, including templates, navigation, and markup troubleshooting.
• Configure task tracker boards, automated rules, filters, and investigate automation failures.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in technical writing or documentation editing.
• Native Russian and B2 English proficiency.
• Proficiency in Confluence for creating and structuring templates.
• Understanding of documentation principles including guides, reference manuals, and regulations.
• Basic knowledge of product development including frontend, backend, microservices, and Git.
• Must be based in Belarus.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech or product companies.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture documentation.
• Experience with TargetProcess or similar tools.
• Ability to translate technical texts from Russian to English.
