What you will do

• Manage investigation cases received through shared mailboxes, hotlines, and internal departments.
• Conduct initial and end-to-end investigations across different risk levels.
• Collect, preserve, process, analyze, and interpret digital evidence from operational and open sources.
• Implement fraud prevention programs, policies, systems, documentation, and investigation plans.
• Conduct covert and overt investigations, surveillance, and counter-surveillance.
• Coordinate risk mitigation with internal departments and represent the company in litigation and prosecution when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in criminology or a related four-year course.
• At least 3 years of investigation experience, preferably in finance, banking, or security.
• Strong investigative mindset and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Law enforcement or military background is preferred.
