IAM Senior Technical Support – Identity Access Management (IAM)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal; hybrid work model. Candidates must already have the legal right to work in Europe.

What you will do

• Manage user and e-banking accounts, access rights, and roles according to defined policies and procedures.
• Provision and deprovision access to systems, applications, and other resources.
• Conduct regular user-access reviews to support security and compliance requirements.
• Resolve basic IAM issues and inquiries while coordinating with the IAM team and relevant stakeholders.
• Process access-right requests accurately within contractual deadlines, perform password resets, and respond to client calls.
• Provide weekend and holiday standby support when required.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in IAM or access-management support.
• Solid experience with Active Directory.
• Experience with RSA and HID platforms, including MFA.
• Working knowledge of Azure Entra ID and O365, plus proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Methodical and accurate approach to repetitive tasks, with the ability to prioritize and work under pressure.
• Existing legal right to work in Europe is required. English and French at communicative C1 level are required.
