What you will do

• Manage and support Identity and Access Management activities.
• Apply access management concepts and tools across project operations.
• Use IT security principles to support secure access practices.
• Analyze and solve problems while prioritizing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with teams across the organization.

Requirements

• 6–9 years of professional experience.
• Proven experience in Identity and Access Management.
• Familiarity with access management concepts and tools.
• Understanding of IT security principles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and availability to work in a hybrid setup in Lisbon.

Nice to have

• Experience in the financial services industry.
