Senior IBM Business Automation Workflow Developer – Banking & Risk Systems (IBM BAW): Designing and building end-to-end process workflows for Treasury and Cash Information Systems with an accent on workflow automation, system integration, and Coach-based user interfaces. Focus on integrating REST/SOAP services, optimizing banking operations, and ensuring robust workflow delivery through testing, documentation, and CI/CD practices.
Location: Porto, Portugal, with a hybrid work model. Candidates must already have the legal right to work in the European Union.

What you will do
- Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end process workflows using IBM Business Automation Workflow.
- Customize IBM BAW components, including Process Designer, Process Portal, and Coach/Coach View.
- Integrate workflows with external systems through REST and SOAP APIs.
- Build and enhance Coach-based user interfaces and contribute to front-end improvements.
- Write unit and integration tests and document APIs, technical processes, and system architecture.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and knowledge-sharing activities with an international team.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of hands-on experience in workflow or case management.
- Strong IBM BAW or IBM Case Manager expertise, including Process Designer and Coach/Coach Views development.
- Knowledge of REST/SOAP web services, SOA architecture, and JavaScript/ECMAScript.
- Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, JIRA, Git/Bitbucket, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Fluent English and existing legal authorization to work in the European Union are required.
Nice to have
- Java/J2EE experience for custom service integration.
- Angular experience for user interface enrichment.
- Experience with Jenkins, Swagger, and Confluence.
- Familiarity with WCAG accessibility standards.
