What you will do

• Lead automation projects and develop RPA solutions using UiPath in line with architecture standards and best practices.
• Translate business requirements and workflow diagrams into automated processes, tasks, schedules, and managed bots.
• Maintain technical ownership of project delivery, ongoing support, troubleshooting, and service-level commitments.
• Collaborate with business managers, process owners, IT, security, operations, and end users to identify and deliver new automation use cases.
• Establish quality-control policies, RPA development frameworks, documentation, and process standards.
• Support security reviews, regulatory compliance, and the protection and minimum-necessary use of PHI in automation processes.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience developing RPA automations with UiPath.
• Strong SQL and database-operations knowledge, plus solid workflow-design skills.
• Experience with customer support or client issue resolution and troubleshooting.
• Ability to manage multiple complex, high-priority projects and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, organizational, documentation, problem-solving, interpersonal, and written and verbal communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and compliance with HIPAA and information-security policies.
