What you will do

• Develop and test software applications and supporting programs in line with design requirements.
• Apply software design principles, data structures, design patterns, and computer science fundamentals.
• Build and maintain production software in public or hybrid cloud environments.
• Use database design, data stores, APIs, and integration patterns to solve data and system requirements.
• Test, monitor, debug, and improve application code and identify inefficiencies in existing systems.
• Collaborate with engineers, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to deliver integrated solutions.

Requirements

• 2+ years of software engineering experience with a bachelor's degree, or 0–2 years with a master's degree.
• Experience developing software in a team of at least five engineers using agile practices and version control.
• Strong proficiency in at least one programming language and familiarity with other applicable languages.
• Familiarity with multiple data stores, API access patterns, and integration technologies.
• Understanding of moderately complex systems, testing tools, monitoring tools, and application debugging.
• Ability to connect technical work with team goals and business needs.
